PlayBright materials and training are based on the
5 Keys to Learning, strategies created to bridge the gap between advances in neuroscience and the practical application to the classroom by translating recent brain and early learning research into simple explanations and playful practice. These five research-based keys encompass important developmental information that will help educators understand how children learn best.
PlayBright trainings help educators develop valuable skills that benefit them and the children in their care long after they leave PlayBright training. Participants learn how to:
- Apply the latest in early brain science to their everyday work with children.
- Address the developmental needs of each child in their care.
- Maximize the use of simple, effective activities and materials in both a classroom and home setting.
- Strengthen their relationships with parents.
- Implement the PlayBright Early Learning System.
Attendees at the PlayBright Training for Trainers are certified to train staff, parents, caregivers, and community members about the 5 Keys to Learning and how to use PlayBright.
